I led the strategy and execution of Anibear NFTs in the K-pop market, overseeing branding, content creation for Instagram and Twitter, and marketing campaigns that connected Web3 technology with K-pop fan culture. Collaborating with Cube Entertainment, Animoca Brands, and a team of seven designers, I coordinated user onboarding strategies and developed engaging promotional materials. I also facilitated partnerships with top K-pop groups such as (G)I-DLE, PENTAGON, BTOB, and LIGHTSUM to drive fan engagement. My efforts helped grow the Anibear Discord community to 50,000 members and ensured a seamless buying experience for first-time NFT users, establishing Anibear as a standout digital collectible in the K-pop space.
